10-MINUTE CREAM CHEESE PASTA

A quick and creamy pasta dish that comes together in just 10 minutes, featuring rich cream cheese and crispy turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add olive oil and garlic, then sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and spinach, and cook until the spinach wilts.
  5. Melt in the cream cheese and mix well.
  6. Add the drained pasta and mix until evenly coated.
  7. Chop the turkey bacon and stir into the pasta.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Feel free to substitute regular bacon if preferred.
