  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Dredge the shrimp in the flour mixture.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place the shrimp in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes.
  5. In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha.
  6. Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp on tortillas, topping with cabbage and sauce.

Notes

  • For extra spice, add more sriracha to the sauce.
  • Let the shrimp cool slightly before serving.
