- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- In a bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge the shrimp in the flour mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the shrimp in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha.
