Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, black pepper, and chopped turkey bacon.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  5. Arrange the meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
