  • 4 cups mixed vegetables

  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic.
  2. Add ground beef, and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in pasta sauce and cooked macaroni, then sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Cover and cook until cheese is melted.
  5. For chicken stir-fry, sauté chicken breast until cooked through, then add mixed vegetables.
  6. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
  7. For black bean salad, mix black beans, corn, cumin, and lime juice in a bowl.
  8. Serve all dishes immediately.

  • Feel free to substitute your favorite vegetables in the stir-fry.
