  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1 cup shredded turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup beef broth, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the cold butter and mix until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in the turkey bacon and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Add the milk gradually and mix until just combined.
  6. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.
  7. Roll out and cut the dough into biscuits.
  8. Place the biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with beef broth for dipping.
