- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1 cup shredded turkey bacon
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup beef broth, for dipping
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the cold butter and mix until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in the turkey bacon and mozzarella cheese.
- Add the milk gradually and mix until just combined.
