- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add in the yogurt, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
