  • 8 ounces egg noodles

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with the blackening seasoning until coated.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then add the seasoned shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add onions and garlic, sautéing until onions are translucent.
  6. Stir in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, then bring to a simmer.
  7. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until well combined and the sauce thickens slightly.
  8. Return the shrimp to the skillet and mix until heated through.
  9. Serve the shrimp mixture over the cooked egg noodles.

  • For extra flavor, let the shrimp marinate in the blackening seasoning for 30 minutes before cooking.
  • Pasta can be substituted with gluten-free noodles if desired.
