  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 2 cups green beans
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the shrimp and salmon with Cajun seasoning.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and salmon, cooking until shrimp is pink and salmon is flaky.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
  6. Serve over mashed potatoes with green beans on the side.
