  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs (for cheesecake)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for cheesecake)
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, and salt for the brownie base.
  3. In another bowl, melt the butter and mix with sugar, then stir in the eggs and vanilla.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and pour into a greased springform pan.
  5. For the cheesecake mixture, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the brownie base.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set. Allow to cool completely.
  8. Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
