Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta

A quick and delicious weeknight meal that combines the flavors of chicken, bacon, and ranch dressing in a creamy pasta dish.

  • 8 ounces penne pasta
  • 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  3. Add the cooked pasta to the mixing bowl and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with green onions, and serve.
