2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1 cup milk
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, and melted butter together.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon.
Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan, sprinkle with half of the cinnamon sugar mixture, then pour in the remaining batter and top with the rest of the cinnamon sugar.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool and drizzle with powdered sugar icing.
