  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Stir in the melted butter.
  4. Mix in the baking soda and salt.
  5. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  6. Gradually add the flour and stir until just combined.
  7. Pour half the batter into a greased loaf pan and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  8. Pour the remaining batter and top with more cinnamon.
  9. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let it cool before serving.
