2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
3 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with sour cream.
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon for the swirl.
Pour half of the batter into a greased bundt pan, sprinkle with half of the cinnamon mixture, then add the remaining batter and top with the rest of the cinnamon mixture.
Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use high-quality vanilla extract.
