  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with sour cream.
  6. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon for the swirl.
  7. Pour half of the batter into a greased bundt pan, sprinkle with half of the cinnamon mixture, then add the remaining batter and top with the rest of the cinnamon mixture.
  8. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
