  • 4 fillets cod
  • 2 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a pot, boil the diced potatoes until tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the cod fillets and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and add the rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stir in the cooked potatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
