Coffee Cheesecake Recipe That Feels Like Breakfast and Dessert in One

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and sugar. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add the heavy cream, eggs, vanilla extract, brewed coffee, and salt. Mix until fully combined and smooth.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set and only slightly jiggly.
  7. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use espresso instead of brewed coffee.
  • Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings for an extra treat.
