  • 8 ounces fettuccine
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add cubed chicken and Cajun seasoning. Cook until chicken is browned.
  3. Add garlic and bell pepper, sauté for a few minutes.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
  5. Bring sauce to a simmer and add Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted and smooth.
  6. Add cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For a spicier dish, increase the amount of Cajun seasoning.
