Creamy Sausage Rigatoni (One-Pot, 30-Minute Meal)

  • 12 ounces rigatoni pasta
  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups spinach

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add sausage and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in onion and garlic; sauté until onion is translucent.
  4. Add rigatoni, cream, Italian seasoning, and season with salt and pepper.
