- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 1 can sweet corn, drained
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeño, diced
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Salt to taste

- In a pot, cook the elbow macaroni according to package directions. Drain and let cool.
