  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, add the rice and pour the chicken broth over it.
  3. Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken.
  5. Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove foil, spread tzatziki sauce over the chicken, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
