- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, and milk.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed, then gently fold in blueberries.
- Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
