Easy Greek Pasta Salad

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and let cool.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy; chop into pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, turkey bacon, chicken ham, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and olives.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper; pour over the salad.
  5. Toss everything to combine and serve chilled or at room temperature.
