  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 cups cooked rice or noodles

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Add bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, and snap peas; stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Pour in soy sauce and mix well, cooking for another 2 minutes.
  5. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
