  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, grated
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, egg, and parsley.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  5. For the tzatziki, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, garlic, and dill in a bowl.
  6. Serve the meatballs warm with tzatziki on the side.
