Grilled Salsa Verde Pepper Jack Chicken

  • 1 cup salsa verde
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture onto the chicken breasts.
  3. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side.
  4. In the last few minutes of cooking, top the chicken with salsa verde and shredded pepper jack cheese. Close the grill lid to melt the cheese.
