- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
- In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, honey, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients: egg, almond milk, and applesauce.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in the blueberries gently.
