  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., broccoli, carrots)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, and black pepper to form the meatballs.
  3. Shape into small balls and place them in a baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, and grated ginger.
  5. Pour the honey garlic mixture over the meatballs.
  6. Add the rice and chicken broth to the dish, and stir gently.
