  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon for the filling.
  6. Fill each muffin cup halfway with batter, sprinkle with the filling, and top with more batter.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
  8. For the frosting, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then drizzle over cooled muffins.
