2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
8 ounces spaghetti
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup diced tomatoes with green chiles
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain.
In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, half of the cheese, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, spices, and cooked spaghetti.
Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a spicier dish, add more cayenne pepper.
Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge before baking.
