- 1 pound spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, diced tomatoes, pepper jack cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, green onions, and taco seasoning.
- Add the drained spaghetti to the mixture and toss until well combined.
