Keto Philly Cheesesteak Rolls are delicious, low-carb rolls filled with flavorful ingredients and turkey bacon.

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 large green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  3. Add the sliced bell pepper and onion to the skillet and sauté until soft.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Once the vegetables are cooked, combine them with the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Lay out the turkey bacon and place a scoop of the mixture at one end, rolling it up tightly.
  7. Place the rolls seam side down on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until heated through and slightly golden.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add provolone cheese on top before baking.
  • Serve with a low-carb dipping sauce for added taste.
