- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 large green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
- Add the sliced bell pepper and onion to the skillet and sauté until soft.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Once the vegetables are cooked, combine them with the cream cheese mixture.
- Lay out the turkey bacon and place a scoop of the mixture at one end, rolling it up tightly.
- Place the rolls seam side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until heated through and slightly golden.
Notes
