Korean Baked Cauliflower

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, gochujang, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and sesame oil.
  4. Toss the cauliflower florets in the mixture until evenly coated.
