- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
