  • 1 cup Romano cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another dish, whisk the eggs and lemon juice.
  4. Dip each chicken breast first in the flour mixture, then in the egg mixture, and finally coat with Romano cheese.
  5. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown the chicken on both sides.
