One Pot Cowboy Spaghetti

A delicious and hearty one pot spaghetti dish featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Stir in diced chicken ham and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add diced tomatoes, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Bring to a boil, then add spaghetti.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer until spaghetti is cooked, about 10 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
