A delicious and easy One Pot French Onion Pasta recipe that combines turkey bacon and chicken ham for a flavorful meal.

  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, diced
  • 1 cup chicken ham, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add sliced onions and cook until caramelized.
  3. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Add the chicken ham and mix well.
  5. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
  6. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions.
  7. Stir in thyme, salt, and pepper.
  8. Once pasta is cooked, remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted.
