One-Pan Honey Garlic Kielbasa & Veggies

A delicious and easy meal featuring kielbasa and vibrant vegetables, all cooked in one pan!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until browned.
  3. Add the broccoli, bell pepper, and carrots to the skillet and stir well.
  4. In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and black pepper.
  5. Pour the sauce over the veggies and kielbasa, stir to combine.
  6. Cover and cook on low for about 10 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
