  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 cup diced onion

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup potsticker wrappers
  • 2 cups chopped bok choy
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground pork, onion, garlic, and ginger; cook until the pork is browned.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and water; bring to a boil.
  4. Add potsticker wrappers and let them cook in the soup.
  5. Add bok choy and soy sauce; cook until wilted.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
