  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast, let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add pumpkin puree, melted butter, sugar, egg, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add flour and cinnamon, knead until dough forms.
  4. Let dough rise in a warm place for about an hour.
  5. Roll out dough on a floured surface, spread with melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  6. Roll tightly and slice into rolls. Place in a baking dish and let rise again for 30 minutes.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar for frosting, drizzle over cooled rolls.

Notes
