- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, and granulated sugar with the softened butter until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until fully incorporated.

- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and crushed graham crackers.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
