Quick and Easy Pasta Salad

A delicious and easy-to-make pasta salad featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Chop into pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chopped turkey bacon, chicken ham, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion.
  4. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and mix well.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • This salad can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables or proteins to suit your taste.
