A delicious and easy recipe for making Salmon Crispy Rice with a twist of turkey bacon.

  • 2 cups sushi rice
  • 1 pound salmon fillets
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon minced green onion
  • wasabi (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
  2. Meanwhile, cook the turkey bacon until crispy and set aside.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with soy sauce and sesame oil, then bake in the oven at 375°F for about 15-20 minutes.
  4. Once the salmon is cooked, flake it into pieces.
  5. In a serving dish, layer the sushi rice, followed by the flaked salmon and crispy turkey bacon.
  6. Top with avocado slices and green onions. Serve with wasabi on the side.
