  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 2 cups diced carrots
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and cook until translucent.
  3. Stir in carrots, potatoes, and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Add beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and thyme.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender.
