  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine chicken thighs, jasmine rice, chopped onion, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  2. Pour chicken broth and lemon juice over the mixture and stir well.
  3. Top with lemon slices and cover the slow cooker.
  4. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  5. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add broccoli florets.
  6. Serve warm.
