- 2 cups jasmine rice
- 1 onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 lemon sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
