Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the chicken in the slow cooker and pour in the chicken broth and olive oil.
  3. Add the baby potatoes on top of the chicken.
  4. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the ingredients in the slow cooker.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Once done, shred the chicken and mix with the potatoes and sauce before serving.
