- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 4 large tortillas
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Drain excess fat and stir in salt, pepper, taco seasoning, onions, and tomatoes.
- Place a tortilla on a separate skillet, and spread with a quarter of the beef mixture and a quarter of the cheese.
- Fold the tortilla in half and cook until golden brown.
