- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheese, taco seasoning, tomatoes, and cilantro.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
