- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and a bit of water, stirring to combine. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- On one half of each tortilla, layer cooked beef, cheese, tomatoes, jalapeños, and onions.
- Fold tortillas in half and place on a hot griddle or skillet.
