  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the pumpkin puree, sugars, and butter.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  4. In another bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  5. Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture.
  6. Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. For the frosting, combine powdered sugar, milk, and cinnamon until smooth and spreadable.
