  • 2 cups sushi rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • nori sheets (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then cook it with the water according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cooked salmon with soy sauce, mayonnaise, sriracha, and green onions.
  4. Spread the sushi rice evenly in a baking dish.
  5. Top the rice with the salmon mixture and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes.
  7. Serve warm with nori sheets.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add more sriracha to the salmon mixture.
