Steakhouse Potato Salad

Delicious steakhouse-style potato salad made with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Yukon gold potatoes
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Begin by boiling the potatoes until tender, then let them cool and dice.
  2. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble it into pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the diced potatoes, turkey bacon, chicken ham, green onions, and celery to the bowl and mix well.
  5. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider adding some diced pickles.
  • This salad can be made a day in advance.
